THE PAST
The Strike Force and Rattlers split their two meetings this season.
San Diego won 54-44 in Glendale in mid-April. Arizona returned the favor in early June winning in comeback fashion by a point in America's Finest City.
THE OPPONENT
The Rattlers started the year 3-4 and it looked like it could be a tough year for one of the league's most storied franchises. They then went 7-1 to end the season en route to the third seed in the west.Â
Last week, they won a nail biter at Vegas 39-38 to keep their season alive thanks to a Dalton Sneed rushing touchdown as time expired.Â
STORYLINES
Last time the Strike Force and Rattlers locked horns QB Nate Davis threw three interceptions. Davis threw no picks in San Diego's win last week. The team goes how Davis goes and Monday should be no different.
K Conor Mangan has performed when the Strike Force have needed him down the stretch and in the playoffs this season. In San Diego's loss to the Rattlers in June he had a game to forget. Special teams can be a very big factor in a tight playoff game. The Strike Force are surely hoping it will be a plus on Monday.Â
