Ticket Policies

Refund Policy

All season ticket, group ticket and single-game ticket sales and/or payments are final and no refunds will be made. Season ticket accounts can be transferred to another individual or company. In the event you are moving, we can transfer to another party at no cost.

Season Ticket Account Changes

Please keep us informed of all account corrections such as address changes, contact person changes for organizations, phone numbers, and new email addresses. Contact the Box Office by emailing Brett Goda - brett@sdstrikeforce.com

Children/Youth Tickets

All children 3 & younger do not need a physical ticket (Only if the child sits in parents lap through the duration of the game). There is no discounted children's pricing.

Disabled Seating

There are disabled seats (wheelchair convertible) dispersed on the main concourse of Frontwave Arena. Disabled seating and access are fully compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Disabled seating and wheelchair locations are available on both a season and single-game basis. Season Ticket Exchange Policy

Unused season tickets may be redeemed for future game tickets. If you are a season ticket holder, you may call contact Strike Force Box Office to transfer unused seats from previous games to future games. Pending availability, best efforts will be made to accommodate requests within the Season Ticket Holders account class. Please note that the Box Office will need to know 72 hours before the game that you cannot attend. Also, note that unused playoff game and special event tickets are not eligible for ticket exchanges.

Payment for Tickets

Payment for season, group, single game, and playoff tickets may be made by Mastercard, Visa, Discover, American Express, cashier's check, money order, personal check or cash. Bank items returned for any reason are subjected to a $20 service fee. Please make checks payable to "San Diego Strike Force."

Playoff and Special Event Tickets

Season Ticket holders will have the first right of refusal in purchasing their current seat locations for playoff games hosted at Frontwave Arena. 

Revocable License

Your ticket is a revocable license and may be withdrawn anytime at the sole discretion of the San Diego Strike Force. All tickets are subject to the rules, regulations, and policies of the Strike Force franchise and the Indoor Football League. Your tickets may be revoked for reasons including but not limited to the following: failure to meet payment deadlines, misrepresentation of tickets and violating The Strike Force's Code of Conduct including drunk or disorderly conduct, harassment of other guests and obscene behavior.

If you are interested in adding seats, moving to a new location, or upgrading at the end of the season, please contact the Box Office by emailing Brett Goda - brett@sdstrikeforce.com.
