Atoa Fox (6-1, 218, Nebraska Kearney) joins the Strike Force for his first rookie IFL season. He played in 24 games in his final two collegiate seasons, totaling 70.5 tackles, 16.5 tackles for loss, 11 pass defenses, five sacks, two interceptions, and two forced fumbles. He earned Second and Third-Team All-MIAA honors as a linebacker.
Prior to Kearney, he attended Southwestern College in Chula Vista and ranked second on the team in tackles (53) in 2019 while adding ten tackles for loss, two sacks, two interceptions, four pass breakups, one forced fumble, and one fumble recovery. He went on to earn First-Team Division honors.
Atoa started his college career at Idaho State where he redshirted and then appeared in 11 games in 2018, recording 25 total tackles, one fumble recovery, and a blocked kick. He played his prep career at Bonita Vista High School in San Diego, California. As a Baron, he was a three-year letter winner in basketball and two in football as he earned two-time First-Team All-League in football and helped his team to a state title.
