Biography

Moa (6-4, 305, Grossmont College) re-joins the Strike Force for his third season in the IFL. In 2023, Penaia saw action in 15 games and recorded 34.5 total tackles (24 solo), 3.5 tackles for loss, one sack, five quarterback hurries, and a forced fumble.

In 2021-22 he spent time with the IFL’s Bismarck Bucks. Penaia played his collegiate football career at Grossmont College in El Cajon, and also played on the basketball team for a period of time. He played his prep career at Kearny High School in San Diego.
