Strike Force Fan Zone — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Strike Force Fan Zone mobile application (the "App") operated by San Diego Strike Force ("Strike Force," "we," "us," or "our"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Children between ages 5 and 17 may use the App through supervised Kid Accounts created and managed by a parent or legal guardian. By creating a Kid Account, the parent or guardian assumes full responsibility for the child's use of the App.
2. Account Registration
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including activity by Kid Accounts you create. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
3. Loyalty Points Program
3.1 Earning Points: You may earn loyalty points by using the App as described (attending games, making predictions, completing surveys, collecting player cards, redeeming promo codes, and other activities). Point values for each activity are displayed in the App and may change at our discretion.
3.2 Redeeming Points: Points may be redeemed for rewards as described in the App. Available rewards may change at any time. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash.
3.3 Points Expiration and Forfeiture: We reserve the right to expire unredeemed points after 24 months of account inactivity. Points are forfeited upon account deletion. We reserve the right to adjust or revoke points awarded in error or obtained through fraudulent activity.
3.4 Program Changes: We may modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program at any time with reasonable notice through the App.
4. Predictions
Game and season predictions are for entertainment and fan engagement purposes only. Predictions are not gambling and have no monetary value. Points awarded for correct predictions are loyalty points subject to Section 3. We reserve the right to modify prediction categories, point values, and scoring rules.
5. Player Card Collection
Digital player cards are virtual collectibles within the App. Cards have no monetary value and cannot be transferred outside the App. Card availability, rarity levels, and distribution methods may change at our discretion.
6. Merchandise Purchases
6.1 Third-Party Processing: Merchandise purchases are processed through Shopify. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Shopify's terms of service. Payment processing and order fulfillment are handled by Shopify.
6.2 Pricing: All prices are in US dollars and are subject to change. We are not responsible for pricing errors and reserve the right to cancel orders placed at incorrect prices.
7. Tickets
The App provides links to third-party ticket platforms (SeatGeek). Ticket purchases are transactions between you and the respective ticket platform. We are not a party to those transactions and are not responsible for ticket availability, pricing, delivery, or refunds.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: create multiple accounts to abuse the loyalty or prediction systems; use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App; attempt to manipulate predictions, points, or leaderboard standings; share your account credentials with others; create Kid Accounts for children you do not have legal authority over; use the App for any illegal purpose; interfere with or disrupt the App or its servers; or reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
9. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, player images, team branding, and software, are the property of the San Diego Strike Force, the Indoor Football League, or their licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from App content without written permission.
10. User-Generated Content
By submitting content through the App (such as survey responses, profile information, or any other user input), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, and process that content for the purposes of operating the App.
11. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. GAME SCHEDULES, SCORES, STANDINGS, AND OTHER DATA MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR DELAYS.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SAN DIEGO STRIKE FORCE, ITS OWNERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the San Diego Strike Force, its owners, officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the App. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
